☀ PAYMENT REQUIRED UPFRONT! Please do not submit a commission request without being prepared to pay upfront. I can only start once the full payment is received, unless if we discuss otherwise.

☀ Refunds are only allowed if I have not started the commission yet, if I can no longer complete the commission, or if a specific deadline is not met.

☀ If you need any edits/revisions on the completed commission, there may be a fee depending on the amount of work is needed to complete the revision.

☀ If you need the commission completed before a certain date, let me know, and we can negotiate whether or not an added fee is needed!

☀ Turnaround ranges anywhere from a few days to a few weeks/months, depending on commission type and workload. If circumstances change, I will either directly dm you or update my trello announcements!

☀ All commissions are for personal use only and can only be used commercially if we discuss and agree on commercial use beforehand.

☀ You may use the completed commission as icons, banners, etc. or repost it preferably with credit!

☀ You can edit the finished commission as long as it is not to the point where it is unrecognizable from the original artwork. I'm usually pretty flexible with this and haven't run into any issues here before.

☀ Once you receive the finished commission, the artwork belongs to you or whoever you choose to give it to.

☀ Using any of my artwork as an NFT or anything related to NFT's is strictly prohibited.

☀ Using my artwork in any involvement with artificial intelligence(AI) is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: training AI models, editing my art with AI tools, etc.

☀ You may not claim the artwork as art you created yourself or redistribute it as your own work.

☀ Crediting me with the artwork anywhere you use it is not necessary but HIGHLY preferred (if possible on the platform). If being used commercially, credit must be given somewhere.

☀ Unless a privacy fee is paid, I have the right to use your commission in my portfolios, advertisement posts, etc.! However, if you prefer I do not post it temporarily (example: commission is a surprise/gift for someone and you don't want them to see it yet), I do not mind waiting to post it without a fee!
